  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the package.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Personalised/Branded orders are processed within 5 - 12 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order processing times are dependent on stock levels, availability and sign-off on print proofs for personalized/branded orders.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days for main centers while out-lying areas require 3 – 5 days for delivery.

  • Expedited delivery options are available for faster service.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship to international destinations. Please contact us for more information and international shipping options.

  • International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination.

  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or the carrier’s website.
